BPA-free packaging is flexible packaging manufactured without bisphenol-A (BPA), a synthetic chemical used in some plastics that is classified as an endocrine disruptor and subject to increasing regulatory restriction globally. Tansox manufactures BPA-free flexible packaging across all product lines — stand-up pouches, rollstock film, non-woven bags and all other formats — as standard, with no additional MOQ or lead time premium.

Six BPA-free structure families.
Each structure is free of bisphenol-A at every stage of manufacture — as standard across all Tansox flexible packaging, with no premium or special order required.
Polypropylene structures are inherently BPA-free across all Tansox PP film formats.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is BPA-free and used across Tansox laminate and barrier films.
Polyamide film structures are BPA-free and used in vacuum and medical packaging applications.
Paper-based structures with BPA-free PE or biodegradable coating layers.
PET/AL/PE and BOPP/AL/PE foil laminates are BPA-free across all Tansox formats.
