Jinjiang Tangsu Synthetic Material Co., Ltd. holds two management system certificates, both issued by Beijing East Allreach Certification Center Co., Ltd. (EACC): ISO 9001:2015 (GB/T 19001-2016) Quality Management System, Certificate No. 11426Q03089R101, and ISO 14001:2015 (GB/T 24001-2016) Environmental Management System, Certificate No. 11425E411083R0M. Tansox is the trading name of Jinjiang Tangsu Synthetic Material Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91350582759376871H), the entity named on both certificates. Both certificates carry the same certified scope, quoted in the certificate's own terms: the design and printing of PE plastic packaging bags and PP plastic packaging bags, excluding products with requirement of industrial product license.
EACC is accredited by CNAS (registration C114-M) under the IAF Multilateral Recognition Arrangement — in practical terms, this means the certificates are recognised between IAF signatory countries rather than being a domestic-only document, so overseas buyers can treat them the same way they would a certificate issued in their own market. Certificate copies for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are available on request.
Four-Stage Quality System for PE & PP Bag Production.
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials (film, ink, adhesive, zipper tape) are inspected and lot-tracked before entering production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined.
In-Process Quality Control
Print registration, seal strength and dimensional checks performed at defined intervals. Out-of-specification results trigger production hold and investigation.
Finished Product Inspection
Every production lot undergoes final inspection before release: seal integrity, print quality, dimensions and appearance checked against approved standard.
Documentation & Traceability
Full production records maintained per lot number. Raw material certificates, in-process data and final inspection results available for customer audit on request.
In-House Testing on Every Production Lot.
- Seal strength testing — ASTM F88 on every production lot
- Oxygen transmission rate (OTR) testing — available on request
- Water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) testing — available on request
- Bond strength testing on laminated structures
- Solvent residual testing for food contact and medical applications
- Dimensional inspection — width, height, seal width, gusset depth
- Colour measurement — Delta-E against Pantone standard
- Zipper integrity testing (open/close cycle) on zipper bag runs

Available per production lot on request. Confirms materials, structures and quality checks for the supplied order.
BPA-Free & PFAS-Free Declarations
Written declarations available for all Tansox flexible packaging formats. BPA-free is standard across all product lines.
Factory Audit Reports
Factory audit available by appointment at Quanzhou. NDA available for confidential product discussions prior to audit.
